Why can't I see my latest transaction / purchase?

When you log in to Luna and view your bank account you should see the most up to date transactions taken from your linked bank account. To view them go to transactions and click on your linked bank account:


You should see all of your latest transactions in the panel highlighted.


If you do not see the latest transaction this could be for the following reasons:

  • The payment must first clear (pending payments may not show).
  • The bank updates Luna every 6 hours so this may not show just yet.
  • Please log out and bank in again to refresh the account data.
