It could be one of 3 reasons. 1. The payment must first clear (pending payments may not show). 2. The bank updates Luna every 6 hours so this may not show just yet. 3. When you first connect your bank account to Luna, you will be offered the chance to view the quick tour from the main transactions page. You can revisit the tour by clicking on the drop down menu in the 'Unclassified', 'Classified' and 'Verified' tabs and clicking 'Take a tour'. Click here for more details...
The 'My Documents' is where you can find your signed contracts, terms & conditions and payslips under 'Pay Advice' (if applicable). Click the 'View docs' button in the 'Documents' section or 'My Documents' from the menu to access. If we do not have your tax/bank details or we haven't processed your first payslip you may not see any documents in this section. Click here to find out more...
